Product Revenue Diagnostic · Two weeks · Fixed fee

# Find out which stage your product team can run today, and what it takes to reach the next one.

In two weeks we map where your product is leaking revenue, which stage your team is at (Crawl, Walk or Run), and the 90-day plan to reach the next one. You keep the plan whether or not we work together.

- Two weeks, part-time
- Fractional, not a full-time hire
- AI readiness included

### Crawl

Three steps. Find one real problem, test a simple idea with real people, ship tiny and watch what the market does. For founder-led product teams that need to stop building in the dark.

### Walk

Five steps. Rank repeating market patterns, filter for the best opportunity, prototype, validate with users and buyers, ship an instrumented V1. For companies with early proof that need structure before they invest more.

### Run

Eight steps. Sense, filter, prioritize, prototype, validate, contract, instrument, scale. A full system for scaling what the market validates. For companies with many competing bets and real usage data.

## Matched to your stage, not a maturity score

A maturity score tells you where you rank. It does not tell you what to do on Monday.

The diagnostic tells you which stage your team can actually run today, product area by product area, and sets up the next one. A Crawl team does not need an eight-step operating model. A Run company cannot live on founder intuition.

Read the first stage in full: [The Crawl Version of the New Product Management Model](https://www.drcpo.com/blog/crawl-product-management-model?hsLang=en).

## What you get

- Your stage, Crawl, Walk or Run, for each product area, with the evidence behind it
- A revenue leak map across roadmap, positioning, pricing and AI readiness
- The top three fixes, ranked by revenue impact
- A 90-day plan to reach the next stage
- An executive read-out with your leadership team

## How the two weeks run

Week 0 · Kick-off

A 30-minute call on your biggest product question. We agree who to interview and what data to share.

Weeks 1–2 · Evidence

Six to eight interviews: CEO, product, sales, customer success and two or three customers. Plus roadmap, pricing, win-loss, pipeline and usage data.

End of week 2 · Read-out

Your stage map, leak map, top three fixes and 90-day plan, presented to your leadership team.

## From $15,000, fixed fee.

This is fractional work, not a full-time placement. The DrCPO team works on your diagnostic part-time across the two weeks. Your team gives about an hour each for six to eight interviews, plus the kick-off and the read-out.
